Daniel Foti has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce with specialized honours in Marketing from York University and his Real Estate Brokers License from the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA). Before Daniel became a broker, his passion for the business started as an account manager for a Fortune 500 company, where he worked with consumers and home builders daily. From these experiences, Daniel’s interest in every aspect of the real estate business grew, and he decided to pursue a career within real estate.

Gianpaolo Caporiccio has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce from York University. He also has his Mortgage Broker License, Candian Securities Course designation, and a Chartered Investment Manager designation. Gianpaolo grew up in a family of construction professionals and became fascinated with all aspects of construction and the real estate market from a young age, leading him to become a broker.
